                                                 MY TESTIMONY  

                                                           "My people perish" 

I want to share a small Testimony, and I hope it speaks to you, or perhaps minister to you in the process. I hope it opens your eyes, to see through your situation.

For years I had a chance to study, and read the word of God, but something constantly held me back. Upon picking up the book, something would always discourage me, or distract me from reading his Holy Word. I didn't know it at a time, but now I know, and understand why. Years down the road, I fell into a trap of the enemy, because I couldn't correctly discern the voice. This voice encouraged me, but prolonged my process, at the same time.

"You see right now you are busy, and you got things to do, once things settle down, then you might want to start to read the word. God understands" {Satan's voice}

This voice was so convincing, but so conniving, but I had no clue. I had no knowledge of the situation, and thought I was in a good place with God. Does this not sound like the voice that enticed Eve to pick up the fruit, that was not good for her? We have to remember that the fruit on that tree also looked good, and was enticing to her sight, otherwise why would she pick it up?

I went to church on Sunday, occasionally read the word, I was alright with God, when all along, I did not even know him. I did not know his voice, I couldn't discern his voice, in the midst of thousands, and that is what tricked me into thinking I was alright, while walking straight into the pit.

"My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge." {Hosea 4:6}

If you don't know any better, you don't do better. You are walking in ignorance and thinking you are alright, when in reality you are hanging on by the thread. 

People of God perish, because of ignorance, and it's time I shed some light. It's time I uncover the truth, and if my TESTIMONY brings light to at least ONE person, I did my part. 

We must be vigilant at all times, and be discerning of the enemies attacks, by protecting ourselves from the danger, that is constantly enticing us to cross over.

Pick up your WORD today, even if it's couple verses, do that. It's better that than nothing at all. Discipline your flesh to submit to your spirit man, by setting up a consistent schedule with GOD, and his WORD.
