Romans Chapter 1 [verses 18-32]
As we dig deeper into the scripture, I want us, to ask for Lord's guidance, and direction, in the way, that is pleasing, to his Sight. Let us invite, the Holy Spirit, to minister to us, and guide us in his thoughts, to understand his WORD. Let us ask that he guide us by his Righteous hand, and direct our thoughts to his will.
Prayer,
"Lord minister to us, as we step into your presence, and teach us things that are valuable in your sight. Open our eyes to see, and ears to hear, and heart to receive, in Jesus name, Amen!
Let us jump into the verses 18-20. Here in these verses God's divinity and power is made known through his creation. From flowers, trees, grass to mountains, valleys, and deserts creation magnifies it's Creator. The earth and sky in all it's Glory reveal the wonderful works of the Almighty GOD- the creator of the UNIVERSE. He has made it so, that no man has an excuse to deny the existence of God.

All creation was made to glorify the CREATOR, and bring GLORY to his NAME!
The anger of God is poured upon those who reject, and push away the TRUTH from themselves. The TRUTH is instinctively instilled in the hearts of men. Men know, and are aware, of God's existence, and his great, and eternal power, but still choose to deny his existence. They deny his divine intelligence, and intellect on purpose.
They seem wise in their own eyes
Make up fallacies to justify their beliefs.
Their minds become dark, and foolish, and confusion entered into their mind.
"Pride, and arrogance is the door for the spirit of confusion to enter in, and live. If you let pride to enter into your heart, and continue to feed it, it will stay, and make itself welcome in your Temple. Lack of understanding, thinking will be evident, no clarity, and no focus, on your destination or purpose. When you reject the Truth, and the Way of God, you are then directed on your own path, the path leads to destruction. Choose ye a day, and whom you will serve. Starve pride, and kick it out of your temple, nothing unclean can enter into the temple, examine your temple on the daily, and repent if you need to. No pride, or arrogance is worth your clarity and focus!" {Taken from my upcoming book DrivenbyFIRE}
Accept the teaching of God, and do not reject his Holiness. Claiming to be wise, do not become fools instead. Stop worshiping idols of this world, and the graven images of his creation, money, power, sex, relationships, entertainment and so forth. Whatsoever you put in front of God, is an idol of yours and God is not pleased.
You are thinking I am talking about the foolish atheists, but what Paul is saying, is that anyone, who rejects the council, and wisdom of God, will become foolish, and misguided in their ways.
These people worshiped the creation, rather than the Giver who is the source of it all, from beginning to the end. the bible says that
God let them! God did NOT stop them!
God is not going to stand in the way, if you deny him, and his wisdom, no he will allow your mind to become confused, so that you do whatever your heart desires.
Man and women will lust after their own gender, and refuse the natural order of creation. They will do all kinds of evil, and will entice others to join in their foolishness.
Instead of accepting the TRUTH, they will accept lies. They will have their own pre-conceived ideas, and imaginations as to what the order of GOD should look like. Like devil who rose in his wisdom to go against GOD, thinking he can RULE over the CREATOR who created him. Now he awaits his punishment, and anyone who disobeys, will join him and his angels, with the punishment they so richly deserve.
Giving up on God, and his order, disobeying his Authority, and order will bring punishment upon one's soul. Once a man falls into sin, God removes his hand of protection from him, and let's him do as he pleases.
The lives of these people are dark, and full of sin. There is no limit to what their evil minds think about; Greed, hate, envy, murder, fighting, lying, bitterness and gossip enters into their soul, they become proud, and arrogant in their action. Disobedient, and unruly towards the people they love.
They lived in ignorance, and did not even know it, they walked the path of Foolishness, and thought they were on the RIGHT path. They even called themselves Christ followers, but were nowhere near him. They sinned, and sinned, until their lives were destroyed, and they also encouraged others to join them, in their sin.
The book of Proverbs, and Romans are interconnected here, the wisdom of God, knowledge, and understanding is missing from the lives. I can see myself in between those verses; the old me. All along I thought I was on the right path, and that God forgives me, when I didn't even open my mouth to ask. I took his GRACE for granted, abused his loving kindness, by putting him on the cross, over and over again. Let us not be like the people God describes, let us not fuel God's anger, and walk in the RIGHTEOUSNESS of GOD!
